一般過去時：表示過去某一特定時間發生的事情或動作，句中常有表示過去某一時刻的短語

現在完成時：表示發生在過去但是對現在仍又影響的一個動作，句中常有一些表示時間的詞和短語
The train has just left the station
I have never met him before
I have not finished work yet
