天舟三號貨運飛船完成繞飛和前向交會對接

China’s cargo spacecraft Tianzhou-3 separated from the country’s space station core module Tianhe and redocked with the module on Wednesday. Tianzhou-3 detached from the rear docking port of Tianhe at 5:02 a.m. (Beijing Time), moved to the module’s front port and completed a computer-orchestrated rendezvous and docking at 9:06 a.m., according to the China Manned Space Agency.
來自中國載人航天工程辦公室消息，4月20日5時02分，天舟三號貨運飛船從空間站天和核心艙后向端口分離，繞飛至前向端口，并于9時06分完成自動交會對接。
It also said Tianhe and Tianzhou-3 are in good condition and ready to dock with the Tianzhou-4 cargo craft, the Shenzhou-14 manned spaceship and the lab module Wentian.
目前，空間站天和核心艙和天舟三號組合體狀態良好，后續將迎接天舟四號貨運飛船、神舟十四號載人飛船和問天實驗艙的到訪。
>VAT credit refunds top 420b yuan

China’s value-added tax credit refunds topped 420.2 billion yuan ($65.9 billion) in the first half of April, data from the State Taxation Administration showed on Tuesday. The refunds benefited 527,000 taxpayers in the period.
國家稅務總局4月19日發布的數據顯示，自本月實施大規模留抵退稅政策以來，4月1日至15日，已有4202億元留抵退稅款退到52.7萬戶納稅人的賬戶。
To improve the cash flow of enterprises, promote consumption-driven investment and further improve the system for refunding VAT credits, China is set to issue VAT credit refunds on a large scale in 2022 according to this year’s government work report.
今年政府工作報告指出，綜合考慮為企業提供現金流支持、促進消費投資、大力改進增值稅留抵退稅制度，今年對留抵稅額實行大規模退稅。
Tax refunds and cuts are expected to total 2.5 trillion yuan, while VAT credit refunds will account for 1.5 trillion of the sum and go straight to enterprises.
預計全年退稅減稅約2.5萬億元，其中留抵退稅約1.5萬億元，退稅資金全部直達企業。

China’s environment further improved last year according to an official report on environmental conditions in 2021.

Last year, the percentage of days with good air quality was 87.5 percent in cities at and above the prefectural-level, up 0.5 percentage points year-on-year according to the report, which was submitted on Monday to the National People’s Congress Standing Committee for review.

The proportion of surface water at or above Grade III in the country’s five-tier water quality system increased 1.5 percentage points year-on-year to 84.9 percent in 2021, and the proportion of surface water below Grade V, the lowest level, stood at 1.2 percent.
2021年，我國地表水Ⅰ—Ⅲ類水質斷面比例為84.9%，與2020年相比上升1.5個百分點；劣Ⅴ類水質斷面比例為1.2%。

周小川：數字人民幣應用重點在零售

China’s e-CNY, also known as the digital yuan, is designed for retail transactions for the convenience of people and merchants, rather than to replace the US dollar, said Zhou Xiaochuan, president of the China Society for Finance and Banking.

“The People’s Bank of China conducted research and development of the e-CNY as a substitute for cash in circulation, showing PBOC expects the use of the e-CNY to be primarily focused on retail payments, especially bringing more convenience to people through internet and mobile internet terminals,” Zhou said at the 2022 Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum on April 16. Zhou is a former PBOC governor. “

周小川稱：“當然不排除數字人民幣未來可能有跨境支付的前景，但是我估計也會注重于零售，跨境零售的應用。”他表示，數字人民幣不會被用作武器。
