天舟三號貨運飛船完成繞飛和前向交會對接

China’s cargo spacecraft Tianzhou-3 separated from the country’s space station core module Tianhe and redocked with the module on Wednesday. Tianzhou-3 detached from the rear docking port of Tianhe at 5:02 a.m. (Beijing Time), moved to the module’s front port and completed a computer-orchestrated rendezvous and docking at 9:06 a.m., according to the China Manned Space Agency.
來自中國載人航天工程辦公室消息，4月20日5時02分，天舟三號貨運飛船從空間站天和核心艙后向端口分離，繞飛至前向端口，并于9時06分完成自動交會對接。
It also said Tianhe and Tianzhou-3 are in good condition and ready to dock with the Tianzhou-4 cargo craft, the Shenzhou-14 manned spaceship and the lab module Wentian.
目前，空間站天和核心艙和天舟三號組合體狀態(tài)良好，后續(xù)將迎接天舟四號貨運飛船、神舟十四號載人飛船和問天實驗艙的到訪。

China’s value-added tax credit refunds topped 420.2 billion yuan ($65.9 billion) in the first half of April, data from the State Taxation Administration showed on Tuesday. The refunds benefited 527,000 taxpayers in the period.
國家稅務(wù)總局4月19日發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，自本月實施大規(guī)模留抵退稅政策以來，4月1日至15日，已有4202億元留抵退稅款退到52.7萬戶納稅人的賬戶。
To improve the cash flow of enterprises, promote consumption-driven investment and further improve the system for refunding VAT credits, China is set to issue VAT credit refunds on a large scale in 2022 according to this year’s government work report.
今年政府工作報告指出，綜合考慮為企業(yè)提供現(xiàn)金流支持、促進消費投資、大力改進增值稅留抵退稅制度，今年對留抵稅額實行大規(guī)模退稅。
Tax refunds and cuts are expected to total 2.5 trillion yuan, while VAT credit refunds will account for 1.5 trillion of the sum and go straight to enterprises.
預(yù)計全年退稅減稅約2.5萬億元，其中留抵退稅約1.5萬億元，退稅資金全部直達企業(yè)。

China’s environment further improved last year according to an official report on environmental conditions in 2021.
國務(wù)院關(guān)于2021年度環(huán)境狀況和環(huán)境保護目標(biāo)完成情況的報告顯示，2021年，全國生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量明顯改善。
Last year, the percentage of days with good air quality was 87.5 percent in cities at and above the prefectural-level, up 0.5 percentage points year-on-year according to the report, which was submitted on Monday to the National People’s Congress Standing Committee for review.

The proportion of surface water at or above Grade III in the country’s five-tier water quality system increased 1.5 percentage points year-on-year to 84.9 percent in 2021, and the proportion of surface water below Grade V, the lowest level, stood at 1.2 percent.
2021年，我國地表水Ⅰ—Ⅲ類水質(zhì)斷面比例為84.9%，與2020年相比上升1.5個百分點；劣Ⅴ類水質(zhì)斷面比例為1.2%。
>E-CNY built for retail transactions
周小川：數(shù)字人民幣應(yīng)用重點在零售

China’s e-CNY, also known as the digital yuan, is designed for retail transactions for the convenience of people and merchants, rather than to replace the US dollar, said Zhou Xiaochuan, president of the China Society for Finance and Banking.
中國金融學(xué)會會長周小川表示，數(shù)字人民幣是為了零售，為了百姓方便、商戶方便，不是為了替代美元。
“The People’s Bank of China conducted research and development of the e-CNY as a substitute for cash in circulation, showing PBOC expects the use of the e-CNY to be primarily focused on retail payments, especially bringing more convenience to people through internet and mobile internet terminals,” Zhou said at the 2022 Tsinghua PBCSF Global Finance Forum on April 16. Zhou is a former PBOC governor. “

We don’t exclude the possibility the e-CNY may be used for cross-border payments in the future, but I estimate it will still focus on retail transactions such as cross-border retail transactions,” he said, adding the digital yuan will not be used as a weapon.
周小川稱：“當(dāng)然不排除數(shù)字人民幣未來可能有跨境支付的前景，但是我估計也會注重于零售，跨境零售的應(yīng)用。”他表示，數(shù)字人民幣不會被用作武器。
