下午找了一個視頻，我自己學習一下英語聽力，現在分享出來；
1 Make sure you have a very clear goal and a target; in the video she told us that the only way for her to become a part of that world(In UK,she was born in Russia and went to UK at 14) was first to learn English and to speak it like a native speaker and second succeed in her studies because English was just a way to integrate into society.this was her goal and target;

2 Don't read in English at first because you do not know that right pronunciation;her example was that when she went to the hospital,the doc could not understand her because she was pronoucing these words wrongly so then she decided to listen more instead of reading more;

3 Don‘t translate word for word;you will lose the insterests to learn english, when reading paragraphs,you understand it,that is fine although there are some words you do not understand,you just need to know the general idea of what it said,then she gave us an example of testing TOEFL exam,there were a lot of words she could not understand;
3 不要逐字逐句翻譯，這樣會失去學英語的興趣。讀段落的時候，你只要明白了段落意思。雖然有些詞你不明白，沒關系，你只需要知道它的大致意思說。然后她給我們舉了一個托?？荚嚨睦?，有很多她聽不懂的詞；
4 If you live in a foreign country,forget about writing;if you need to do academic papers,yes,you need to care the writing.In her example,she used the 80/20 rules because she spent 80% on listenting and speaking,and only 20 percent on reading and writing;
4 如果你住在國外，忘記寫作吧；如果你需要做學術論文，是的，你需要著重于寫作。在她的例子中，她使用了 80/20 規則，因為她80%的精力要用在聽力和口語，而20%的精力要用在閱讀和寫作；
5 Take an online course;she gave us skill share website;

6 Forget about the perfect grammar;if you want to learn a new language like English,your brain is forcusing on the perfect ,you want to sound perfect,but it will slow you down because you want to be perfect so that your brain is focused to think the correct words and grammars,so your brain is thinking too much;
6忘記完美的語法；如果你想學習一門新的語言，比如英語，你的大腦會強迫你完美，你想要聽起來完美，但這會讓你慢下來，因為你想要完美這就迫使你的大腦思考正確的單詞和語法，所以你的大腦想的太多了；
7 Listen to everything; try to listen to the pronunciation ,try to listen the audiobooks,try to listen to the online courses,try to listening to the video that surround yourself with listening to things in English,and that wil help you with your listening skills;
7 聆聽一切；嘗試聽發音，嘗試聽有聲讀物，嘗試聽在線課程，嘗試聽自己身邊有關英語的視頻，這將幫助您提高聽力技巧；
8 Pratice English every day;that's the key to be successful maybe 15 minutes,maybe 20 mintues,just watching videos,or downloading the audio book and listening one chapter everyday or starting a course on skillshare .all in all,you need to be consistent and do something English every day.
8 每天練習英語；這才是成功的關鍵，也許 15 分鐘，也許 20 分鐘，只是看視頻，或者下載有聲書，每天聽一章，或者開始一個課程在 skill share上面。總之，你需要持續地并且每天都要做一些有關英語學習的事情。
